Here are all the TV shows, movies and Netflix Originals headed to the streaming service in April 2021 and what to watch.
April is almost upon us and with it the possibility of herd immunity and a light at the end of the global pandemic tunnel. COVID-19 isn’t going away entirely, but it does seem as though the worst has passed. Netflix has been one of our go-to diversions during the last year of lockdowns and quarantines and social distancing. With movie theaters closed and everything else running at half-mast, including much of Hollywood, having some good streaming offerings has been a godsend. Maybe as things return to normal we won’t need Netflix quite as much, but that won’t stop the streaming giant from releasing tons of new content each month. The streaming service wars show no signs of slowing. Here are some highlights for April with the full list of titles below. Shadow and Bone is the latest attempt by a streaming service to capture some of that Game Of Thrones magic, though I maintain that no show will be able to do that with a Netflix-style release schedule.
