A train derailment outside Cairo has left at least 11 dead and injured another 98 people on Sunday. Egypt’s Ministry of Health announced after the incident that 50 ambulances were dispatched to the area after the train went off the tracks near the city of Toukh, about 22 miles north of Cairo.
