Twenty-three people were killed in the Aug. 3, 2019 attack, which also left over two dozen injured.
The victims of the mass shooting at an El Paso Walmart are being commemorated with the unveiling of a garden Tuesday, two years after the attack. The ceremony, in which victims’ families and officials will take part, will be closed to the public amid coronavirus but available via livestream, The Associated Press reports.
