Transportation Security Administration officer Cecilia Morales, a trained EMT, jumped over the conveyor belt rollers at security on Dec.9 when she saw the little boy’s mother remove him from a car carrier and immediately recognized that he wasn’t breathing, footage released Thursday by the TSA shows.
