INDIANAPOLIS — The NFL and NFL Players Association agreed to suspend all COVID-19 protocols Thursday, ending almost two years of restrictions that affected all corners of league and individual team operations. Essential football personnel will no longer be required to wear masks or tracking devices or be subject to indoor capacity limits and surveillance testing, unless required by law.
