A roundup of all the best iPad deals you can buy today including the cheapest prices on the 2021 tablets and last-gen devices.
While stock is still difficult to track down we’ve seen a limited number of cheap iPad deals available to buy. That hasn’t stalled our search, though, as we check all the major retailers to bring you the best prices across the full range of Apple’s tablets. The positive news is that the situation has improved greatly in the last two months and there are currently a few significant discounts. They might not all be on the latest models but if you buy smart you’ll come away with a big saving on your new iPad. If you know exactly what you’re after and just want to see the cheapest prices, you can use the links on either side of the page to immediately jump down to your preferred iPad. Before that, though, we’ve also highlighted a selection of the best iPad deals available this week. This doesn’t cover every single one of Apple’s tablets, but just the offers that are worth separating from the rest. Take, for example, the huge $250 price cut on the iPad Pro 12.9-inch (256GB) at Walmart that reduces it to under $1000 for the first time. Those in the UK can currently save over £600 off the last generation iPad Pro 11-inch at Box. It features a whopping 1TB of storage and isn’t too far behind in terms of performance compared to the current version, so it’s a good choice if you’re looking for a premium tablet that does less damage to the wallet. Meanwhile, other top iPad models have remained around the same price due to the demand or only feature small reductions. Take the iPad 10.2-inch, for example, which is still at full price in both the US and UK – but actually has a decent amount of stock for the first time in weeks. The situation isn’t great overall, then, but we’ve still gathered up the best iPad deals in the US and UK across the standard 10.2-inch, the Mini, the Air and the Pro – all of which you can find below. We’re hoping when (or if) the stock situation stabilises throughout 2022 some even better iPad deals will be available. As soon as we spot anything of interest, we’ll be back to update this page. And if you’re not sure which model to go for, here’s our guide to the best iPad for you. The new iPad 10.2 (2021) launched at $329/£319 for the base version – that’s around the same price as the previous model. Unless the 2020 version sees a significant price cut, then, your best option is to go for the newer technology. Overall, you’re getting plenty of value for money here. We’d generally suggest those shopping on the cheaper end of the spectrum go for this model. The 2021 upgrades are worth it. You get the brand new A13 Bionic chip, which Apple says will improve performance by up to 20%. The screen is very similar at 10.2-inches, but the TrueTone tech will make the screen easier to see in different lighting conditions. The biggest upgrade comes in the new 12MP front camera, which also supports Apple’s Center Stage feature to keep you in the middle of the frame during video calls. On the back, you’ll find the same 8MP camera and it’s identical to what you’d find on last year’s model. If you’re not ready to make a decision, you can delve into more detail on all the improvements in our iPad (2021) vs iPad (2020) comparison guide. With the launch of the new 2021 iPad back in September, it’s become increasingly difficult to find the 2020 model in stock. Where we have seen it available to buy, the last-gen tablet generally hasn’t been much cheaper than its newer sibling. Some of the best iPad deals we’ve spotted place it at $299/£299. When you can get the latest version for just $30/£20 more, we’d absolutely recommend the new tech instead. Now that the majority of the remaining stock was sold during last year’s Black Friday and Cyber Monday sales, we’ve pretty much written off finding this device for less anywhere. A refurbished model could be an option, though, if you want to save even more money but that comes with its own risks unless you buy directly from Apple or another traditional retailer.
