Elon Musk recently made return to office mandatory for all Tesla employees and that worried Twitter staff since he is their future boss. Musk, however, is seemingly going easy on Twitter employees, for now.
For the first time, Elon Musk met Twitter employees during a virtual meeting on Thursday. The Tesla CEO talked about layoffs, remote work culture, and several other changes he plans to bring once the Twitter deal is officially finalised later this year. As for the continuation of the remote working culture as set by Jack Dorsey, Musk said that Twitter employees doing “excellent” work can continue to work from home. The Tesla CEO, however, is seemingly going easy on Twitter employees, for now. During the internal meeting held on Thursday between Musk and Twitter employees, the billionaire said that people who are excellent at their job can continue to work from home.
