Chromium-Powered Edge Gets a New Feature From Microsoft Edge Legacy

Already available in Canary and Dev channels
Well, this took a while. Microsoft has announced that the Chromium-powered version of Microsoft Edge would finally be able to open favorites in new tabs.
In case you believe you’ve seen this feature somewhere else, it’s because you had, as the same capabilities have been part of the feature lineup of the legacy version of Microsoft Edge.
That’s right, the original version of Microsoft Edge was indeed able to open favorites in tabs, so seeing this feature missing from the Chromium-based version was quite a surprise.
However, Microsoft is now working on addressing this with the release of the feature in the Dev and Canary channels.
