How to enable the Dvorak keyboard on iPhone

The iOS 16 update introduced support for the Dvorak keyboard layout, which is an alternative to the popularly used QWERTY layout. With this keyboard, the vowels are arranged adjacent to one another on the left and the consonants are distributed evenly across the left and right in the order of how frequently they occur in the English language.
Apple released the iOS 16 update for iPhones with several new features and improvements last year. The major updates included a host of new features like lock screen customisation, an updated Focus mode, a new iCloud Shared Picture Library, and more.However, iOS 16 also introduced native support for the Dvorak keyboard layout for iPhones and iPads. Earlier, it was only accessible on iOS with a physical external keyboard or third-party software. However, with iOS 16, users can enable the touch-typing optimised keyboard in their iPhones along with the more conventional QWERTY, AZERTY, and QWERTZ keyboard layouts.
