Police rescued on Monday a female Chinese national in Sta. Rosa City in Laguna province after she was allegedly kidnapped by her compatriots in Parañaque City.
In a report on Thursday, June 1, the Police Region 4A said one Carlos Delaro found at 10 a.m. the handcuffed victim, Zhong Jin Ming, crawling and asking for help, in front of his house inside a subdivision in Barangay Malitlit.
