In a video interview played on the third day of Spacey’s sexual misconduct trial, the alleged victim reportedly said that Spacey kissed his neck and grabbed his crotch while saying “be cool, be cool,” according to journalists present, including those from The Guardian and the BBC.
The man told police during the taped interview that Spacey invited him and others back home after hanging out at a pub and gave him marijuana and alcohol, explaining that there were 20 to 30 joints at the property, the news organizations said.
