Just because the Emissary is the more rational of Starfield’s two main antagonists, that doesn’t mean that they don’t still know how to fight. Anybody with any doubts about this need only check out their weapon, which is arguably the best gun in the entire game.
The good news is that Starfield players will be able to get their hands on this Legendary Particle Beam Rifle and wield its awesome power for themselves.
