The Bills’ superstar wide receiver was fined $13,659 for unsportsmanlike conduct for his Steve “Stone Cold” Austin-themed touchdown celebration during the team’s Week 4 win over the Dolphins, according to NFL Network.
After hauling in an 11-yard touchdown pass in the second quarter to help extend Buffalo’s lead to 21-14, Diggs ran over to the fans, took two beers and smashed them together, mimicking the professional wrestling icon’s famous iconic move and spraying fans in the process.
After the game, Diggs joked “yeah, I owe somebody $18,” when asked about the celebration.
