Suicide Squad game spoilers run wild online as Warner Bros. tries to squash leaks

Rocksteady Studios warns fans that its Suicide Squad game is leaking, with story spoilers and unannounced characters being revealed as part of a closed alpha test.
Rocksteady Studios and Warner Bros. are trying to contain Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League leaks, including major story spoilers and unannounced playable characters, as details on next year’s game spread across the internet. The leak, some of which appears to have come from an alpha test of the game, is upsetting not only its developer and publisher, but fans of Rocksteady’s Batman games as well. Some story spoilers, while unconfirmed, could have major implications for Rocksteady’s “Arkham-verse.”
Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League details have been leaking for the past few weeks, as dataminers pored through game files available through a “closed alpha tech test” that ran from Nov. 30 through Dec. 3. That technical test consisted of a “smaller, specific section” of the game’s campaign and its players were bound by a restrictive non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
Regardless, unannounced details from Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League have gone public, much to the displeasure of its developer. On Monday, Rocksteady called the leaks “very disappointing” and warned players that potential spoilers were in the wild.
