“My New Year’s resolution is to keep my foot on the bitches’ necks!” the 41-year-old emcee — born Onika Maraj — said during her Dec. 14 appearance on the Bravo series.
After the clip played during the NYE special, Cooper, 56, appeared confused by what Minaj said.
