Get a fresh look at Death Stranding 2 via a patented wild 10-minute-long Kojima trailer before you play in 2025.
Since being revealed back in late 2022, very little has been revealed about Death Stranding 2 beyond its first evocative trailer. Of course, that’s par for the course for Hideo Kojima who likes his teases and secrets, but nevertheless, the Stand-type game fans out there have been hungry for more details. Well, today during the latest State of Play showcase, Sony and Kojima provided a fresh peek at Death Stranding 2: On the Beach (yes, that is the full title) and locked in a 2025 release window. And boy howdy, that trailer’s a big one.
I can’t even begin to describe everything packed into the new Death Stranding 2 trailer, but it does confirm a return to the delivery-focused gameplay of the first game, although this time around Sam looks to have a number of new vehicles to get around and a mobile operating base filled with support staff, which should make the game feel a bit less lonely than the original.
