The Kremlin has accused Ukrainian forces of shooting down a Russian military plane, which crashed in a field in Russia’s western Belgorod region, killing everyone aboard. Ukraine has denied it was involved. Moscow says the plane was carrying Ukrainian soldiers who were to be released as part of a prisoner exchange.
