US President Joe Biden and Volodymyr Zelensky signed on Thursday a 10-year security agreement on the sidelines of the Group of Seven summit in Italy.
The bilateral security agreement does not include any commitments on the deployment of US forces to Ukraine, White House National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan said on Wednesday.The agreement does not include any specific dollar figures, but rather a commitment to work with Congress on “sustainable funding” for Kiev going forward, Sullivan specified.
