OpenAI’s ChatGPT app for macOS is now available for everyone, not just Plus users.
OpenAI last month announced a desktop app for macOS but limited it to those who pay $20 per month for the premium version of its chatbot. It’s now open to everyone, whether they have a subscription or not. The one caveat is you need a Mac with Apple silicon and macOS 14 and up.
