The UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer says President Joe Biden was “in good form” during meetings this week in Washington, though voters have the final say on the president’s fitness for a second term in office. “Obviously, in America, it’s for the American people to decide who they want to be their president,” he said.
Starmer told CNN’s Jake Tapper that he met with Biden for nearly an hour Wednesday, and said it was “a really good opportunity” to speak with Biden about the special relationship between their two countries.
