Obama, 63, was the closing speaker for night two of the DNC on Tuesday, kicking his speech off by telling the United Center crowd in Chicago that he was “feeling fired up and ready to go.”
After pledging his support for Vice President Kamala Harris as the Democratic Party’s nominee, the 44th president went on to call out his successor for “whining” since he ran for office in 2016 and that his attitude has only worsened now that he’s “afraid of losing to Kamala.”
“Here’s a 78-year-old billionaire who has not stopped whining about his problems since he rode down his golden escalator nine years ago,” Obama said of Trump to a jovial audience.
