One talented Pokemon fan creates new pumpkin-themed forms for Bulbasaur and Ivysaur to celebrate the beginning of the autumn season.
One creative member of the Pokemon community celebrates autumn’s approach by drawing up some new, pumpkin-themed designs for Bulbasaur and its first evolutionary stage, Ivysaur. The Bulbasaur family has, to many, served as the face of the Grass-type itself since the very beginning of the Pokemon franchise, with the classic Kanto starter appearing in countless pieces of fan artwork throughout the decades.
It’s to be expected that Bulbasaur and its evolutions remain firm favorites among the wider Pokemon community all these years after the release of Pokemon Red and Blue. Though the eternal debate surrounding the “best” Kanto starter is occasionally rekindled among fans of the franchise to this day, Bulbasaur has never been quite as lucky as the Kanto region’s Fire-type starter when it comes to new forms, with Charizard receiving a considerable variety of powerful Mega and Gigantamax forms over the years.
