The limited characters in Honkai: Star Rail usually drop with one concurrent rerun banner that features a previously released unit. This gives both new and existing players a chance to get those units if they missed out on them during their original run. Prominent HSR leakers predicted that there would be three rerun characters in Honkai: Star Rail Version 2.5, and they turned out to be correct right down to the specific units that would appear. According to the official live stream for this patch, Feixiao will be dropping with rerun banners Robin, Kafka, and Black Swan.
