A murder suspect mistakenly released from an East Bay jail last week is still on the run.
Now, the family of the victim says they’re frustrated by the way the case is being handled.
Twenty-year-old Isaiah Andrews is accused of killing Theodore Wheeler IV at a hotel in Seattle on Oct. 15.
Andrews was arrested in Contra Costa County several days after the killing.
