Several AT&T users have taken to Twitter to voice their frustrations over losing phone, TV and internet during the polar vortex that hit the Midwest this week.
Customers are reporting outages across the Midwest, including Michigan. Some users in southern states, like Georgia and Florida have also been affected by service issues.
“Severe weather in parts of Detroit/Ann Arbor may be affecting service for some customers,” AT&T spokeswoman Teresa Mask said in an emailed statement. “We are working to repair affected equipment as quickly and safely as conditions allow.
