The 32 were arrested for failing to disperse during demonstrations in June, and Jonathan Sahrbeck says there is insufficient evidence to charge them with more serious crimes related for allegedly throwing rocks, bricks and bottles at police.
Cumberland County District Attorney Jonathan Sahrbeck has decided not to pursue charges against 32 people who were arrested during Black Lives Matter protests in Portland in early June.
