A second suspect tied to last week’s fatal shooting of a South Lyon teen could be looking at lesser charges than the alleged gunman, who was charged with murder South Lyon Police Lt. Doug Baaki confirmed that the second suspect was outside the 347 E. Liberty St. home when shots were fired, killing Dylan Stamper,17, and critically wounding his father Kevin,43, shortly after 9 p.m. Dec.30. Investigators have said the second suspect helped the accused killer — Fadi Jesus Zeineh,19, of Washtenaw County — escape in a 2011 Ford Escape after the armed robbery turned deadly. Baaki declined to share any details about the second suspect, like his age and details about his appearance. “Because he’s still outstanding,” said Baaki, admitting that investigators are trying to share as little as possible about the case. Zeineh was arraigned this week on one count of felony murder, one of assault with intent to murder, three of armed robbery, and five of weapons-felony firearm. Bond was denied despite his attorney Ed Bajorka requesting a $250,000 bond. More: Lyon Fire Station opens Jan.
