Harris, 23, hosted the party and bought food for everyone in attendance.
Hours before he was drafted by the Pittsburgh Steelers, running back Najee Harris stopped by the homeless shelter where he used to live in Richmond, California. There, the 23-year-old hosted a draft party and provided food for everyone in attendance. “I wanted to make sure that I could give back to the community and show them if y’all still need anything — I’m never too big or too whatever to help you guys out, I’m always going to be the helping hand,” Harris said.
