The alleged victim, who is not being named, said in 2004 or 2005, he was driving Spacey to a party hosted by John’s husband David Furnish, when Spacey grabbed his crotch so aggressively that he almost incidentally drove off the road, the Associated Press reported.
John and Furnish both testified via livestream they could not find any photos that showed Spacey at the annual party when the accuser said it took place (they said every guest was photographed during those events).
