Cal State Fullerton, some OC schools closed Monday due to Tropical Storm Hilary

Most Orange County schools planned to be open for instruction, though it’s advisable to check for any updates.
Cal State Fullerton, Anaheim schools and Mater Dei High canceled in-person classes for Monday, Aug. 21 because of storm-related safety concerns, but many other schools plan on business as usual.
For instance, Irvine Valley College and Saddleback College will be open.
When what became Tropical Storm Hilary was moving toward California last week, Cal State Fullerton initially said it would be open for its first day of in-person instruction. That changed Sunday night.
