After DeVito was forced to enter the game following Daniel Jones’ apparent knee injury early in the second quarter, DeVito completed just one pass for 11 yards and threw two interceptions as the Giants trailed, 24-0 at the break.
So through two appearances in consecutive weeks for the Giants, DeVito had completed 3-of-10 passes for 10 yards, along with the two interceptions before the second half began.
DeVito did throw a touchdown pass to Wan’Dale Robinson early in the fourth quarter to cut the Raiders’ lead to 27-6.
The first interception occurred on a deep pass toward the end zone intended for Jalin Hyatt, as Amik Robertson snagged the ball and then returned it 40 yards to set up Josh Jacobs’ second rushing touchdown.
