The Buffalo Bills released a statement on Thursday regarding linebacker Von Miller after a report surfaced about an arrest warrant in Texas.
“This morning, we were made aware of an incident involving Von Miller,” the Bills said. “We are in the process of gathering more information and will have no further comment at this point.”
A local ABC affiliate in Dallas reported that police had confirmed that an arrest warrant had been issued for Miller with a charge of assault against a pregnant person. News 4 in Buffalo later confirmed the report with police.
Per the outlets, the incident was described as a “major disturbance,” and police responded to a call at 11 a.m. Wednesday.
