The judge dismissed a few other ad-related claims made against the company
A judge has ruled that Google must face a proposed class action lawsuit that alleges it monopolizes the ad exchange market.
U.S. District Judge Kevin Castel was tasked with reviewing a number of cases against Google and made the ruling Friday. While he allowed the proposed class action to move forward, he also dismissed some other antitrust claims against Google focused on ad-buying tools that are used by large advertisers, Reuters reports.
