Andrew and Tristan—who were subsequently released from police custody—will be prohibited from traveling outside Romania until that trial concludes, according to the BBC.
Eugen Vidineac, an attorney representing the brothers, said the ruling “provides an opportunity for the brothers to participate fully in their defense” and for the legal process to continue “in a transparent manner.
