Swifties think Taylor’s Apple Music playlists hint at her relationship with Alwyn.
Taylor Swift fans are eagerly speculating that her forthcoming album might dive into her split from ex-boyfriend, Joe Alwyn, and her latest promotional activity seems to support this theory.
In anticipation of her new album, The Tortured Poets Department, the 34-year-old singer has created five Apple Music playlists, each representing one of “the five stages of heartbreak”: denial, anger, bargaining, depression, and acceptance. Swifties have definitely scoured these playlists for clues about her breakup with Alwyn, and some have dug up some gold.
“Putting together a playlist of love songs about Joe and calling it ‘I Love You It’s Ruining My Life’ is insane,” said one X (formerly Twitter) user.
Another user excitedly wrote, “TAYLOR PUTTING LAVENDER HAZE AS THE VERY FIRST SONG ON HER “DENIAL” SONGS PLAYLIST?????? SHE’S SPILLING.
