The panelist, identified only as “Juror No. 10,” said in an audio-only interview with CNN that the jury was “not thinking of the sentencing” when it convicted Biden of three felonies related to this purchase of a gun while being a crack addict.
“I really don’t think that Hunter belongs in jail,” the juror said.
