Emergency Crews respond to a car fire as a result of a crash on W. Ganson Street on Friday, Oct. 27,2017.
JACKSON, MI. – A Chevrolet Cruze caught fire after a fender-bender crash about 2:20 p.m. Friday, Oct. 27, on W. Ganson Street.
The Cruise hit the back of a Kia Sorento, heading west just past N. Blackstone Street. Upon impact, the fire started in the engine of the Cruze, according to the Jackson Fire Department.
No injuries were reported. The section of W. Ganson Street between N. Blackstone Street and Lansing Avenue was temporarily shut down as crews cleaned up the scene.
