Police in Chiba Prefecture near Tokyo have arrested a man on suspicion of attempted murder of 4 people, including 2 children, with a knife.
Police say they received a call on Sunday evening reporting that a man stabbed 4 customers at a restaurant in Chiba city east of Tokyo. The victims were a man and a woman both in their 40s, a 6-year-old girl and a baby girl aged one year. They were all taken to hospital.
