After releasing new builds of its upcoming major updates yesterday, Apple today seeded the fourth developer betas of iOS 10.3.3 and tvOS 10.2.2, which don’t contain any front-facing features.
Apple’s upcoming bug fix updates have been in beta for over a month now, but you could be forgiven if you forgot about them. Since the company announced the major updates that will be coming in September, the former builds have been overshadowed.
But betas for iOS 10.3.3, macOS 10.12.6 Sierra, watchOS 3.2.3, and tvOS 10.2.2 continue to roll out, with the fourth builds for iOS and tvOS being offered to developers today. As the version numbers indicate, there are no new front-facing features in any of these updates.
The iOS 10.3.3 beta 4 release notes cite the same known issues that they have in previous betas, which have to do with managed and shared devices, openURL, SOS, and WebKit. tvOS 10.2.2 beta 4 doesn’t have any known issues, and the notes state that the update will include bug fixes and security improvements.
It shouldn’t be too long before these updates roll out to the general public. The time between new builds is getting shorter, with the last one being nine days ago. Hopefully, we’ll see these updates roll out to devices next week.
