Every day, the ProgrammableWeb team is busy, updating its three primary directories for APIs, clients (language-specific libraries or SDKs for consuming or providing APIs) , and source code samples. FriendlyData provides natural language interfaces and parsing services for databases. The FriendlyData REST API allows developers to access and integrate the functionality of FriendlyData with other applications. API methods include parsing messages, retrieving parsed messages, and SQL filtering and aggregation. The API is listed under the Natural Language Processing category. SafeCharge provides payments services to businesses. Their recent Marketplace Manager solution aims to address problems specific to online marketplaces that individual online retailers might not necessarily experience. This SafeCharge API enables online merchants and service providers to process consumer payments through SafeCharge’s payment gateway. It supports merchants of all levels of PCI certification and interacts with the merchant’s application to manage payments, users, user payment options, payment cards, alternative payment methods and more. Marketfox provides marketing automation solutions for customer and sales conversions. The Marketfox REST API allows developers integrate the functionality of Marketfox with other applications. Example API methods include creating customers, managing customers, managing customer events, and retrieving articles. The Marketfox API is listed under the Marketing category. Redox provides an API and an interoperable network that allows digital health applications, healthcare organizations, and payers to seamlessly and securely share data. The Redox API solves two problems for developers: Connectivity to on premise systems, and data standardization across implementations. Assertible provides a platform that enabled testers and developers to easily create and automate API and web service tests. Using the Assertible API, developers can programmatically initiate tests, view results, and integrate Assertible test runs with their own infrastructure and automation. CapLinked provides virtual data rooms for sharing work in a secure way. The CapLinked API delivers a set of information security protocols for third party application integration. Scorocode is a cloud backend platform for developing applications. The Scorocode API features methods for user and session management, data modeling with visual interface, visual analytics, and notifications. Developers can quickly access data structures for collections and fields, connect event triggers, and access statistics. The Open Science Framework (OSF) is an open-source service maintained by the Center for Open Science. With the OSF REST API, developers can access users, projects, components, logs, and files from the Open Science Framework. The OSF serves as a repository and archive for study designs, materials, data, manuscripts, or anything else associated with research during the research process. The OSF can be used to measure impact by monitoring the traffic to projects and files made public. Researchers have full control keeping research either public or private. The Shopify Storefront API provides access to customers, nodes, and shops data from Shopify. Information returned includes customer shipping addresses and display names, shop billing addresses and currency codes, plus checkouts, collections, and orders applications from the nodes data interface. Developers can integrate with the API for ecommerce checkout and shopping cart customizations, product data acquisition for website displays, and creation or modification of customer data. The API is currently a beta release and can only be accessed through a GraphQL endpoint. It is listed under the eCommerce category.
Crate.io provides database SQL solutions for storing and analyzing machine data. The Crate.io REST API allows developers to access and integrate the functionalities of Crate.
