Solange is giving back to Texas.
The “Cranes in the Sky” singer announced Thursday that all proceeds from her Sept. 28 “Orions Rise” show in Boston will go to help the victims of Hurricane Harvey.
“I’m committed to partnering with organizations on the ground in Houston and making contributions to uplift the city that raised me with so much love, ” the Houston native wrote on Instagram.
Sister Beyoncé also made a call for donations on Thursday on her website, announcing that her BeyGOOD team has joined forces with Bread of Life and Greater Houston Community Foundation to raise money and support for displaced Houston residents.
Fall Out Boy recently announced that all proceeds from their Houston concert will also go to Harvey relief.
Jamie Foxx will host a Sept. 12 telethon along with Houston rapper Bun B, music manager Scooter Braun, Reese Witherspoon, Blake Shelton, Hilary Duff and Michael Strahan.
Zendaya also announced that she’ll be raising money for her “birthday project.”
