Shortly before 2 p.m., deputies responded to the 100 block of Chisholm Street, where they found an unidentified man with gunshot wounds along the property line, Maj. Angelo Nieves said. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Deputies say it doesn’t appear the victim lived at the house, which is off Washington Avenue, near Clarcona Road.
Authorities are investigating the shooting. The shooter fled the area and is being sought.
