According to the NDA, Storny Daniels must pay Trump $1 million for each breach of the agreement. But her lawyers aren’t worried about it
Stormy Daniels’ lawyer, Michael Avenatti, said Saturday that “at least” 10 people have offered to cover the $1 million penalty the adult star would incur should she speak out about her alleged affair with President Donald Trump.
Daniels, whose real name is Stephanie Clifford, filed a civil suit against the president in Los Angeles Superior Court on Tuesday, claiming that since Trump never signed the confidentiality agreement, it’s null and void.
Asked by CNN’s Michael Smerconish whether anyone “offered to pony up the million dollars to protect her,” her lawyer, Avenatti, said: “At least 10 individuals in the last three days alone.”

Avenatti said that Daniels is not contemplating any of the offers.
According to the confidentiality agreement Daniels must pay Trump $1 million for each breach of the agreement. But Daniels’ lawyers said he wasn’t worried about it.
“No court in California would ever enforce that,” he said.

“Why doesn’t she come on a program like mine right now and tell whatever the story is that she is dying to tell?” Smerconish asked Avenatti.
“We may see that,” Avenatti replied.
