Conor McGregor will return with a fight in October in Las Vegas.
Conor McGregor will return to the sport Oct. 6 in Las Vegas with a bout against the UFC lightweight champion, Khabib Nurmagomedov.
McGregor won the featherweight and lightweight championships during his meteoric MMA career but hasn’t fought in the UFC since taking the lightweight belt from Eddie Alvarez in November 2016.
McGregor hasn’t competed at all since losing his lucrative boxing match against Floyd Mayweather in August 2017.
The game will be held Sept. 11, four days after Coach Tite’s team takes on the U. S. in another friendly at East Rutherford, New Jersey.
This past season he averaged 8.5 points and 7.5 rebounds in 69 games, including 13 starts.
Undefeated in five starts, the Rick Zeron-trained filly is the 3-1 second choice in the first of two $100,000 heats for 3-year-old trotters. The top five finishers in each elimination return later in the day for the $1 million final, which has a scheduled 5:14 p.m. post time.
Tai lost for only the second time this year in 37 matches.
Ricciardo, who has won seven races since joining Red Bull in 2014, agreed to a two-year deal with Renault.
The 19-year-old Tsitsipas is coming off his first run to the fourth round at a Grand Slam tournament, last month at Wimbledon.
