This is technically not a direct sequel for last year’s Pixelbook laptop, running Chrome OS on the software side of things, but focusing more on portability and versatility with a detachable keyboard in tow.

In fairness, a number of key specifications remain under wraps, including battery capacity and camera resolution for both a rear-facing and front-facing snapper, but these freshly leaked images do seem to reveal the presence of front-firing stereo speakers, a USB Type-C port, and most likely, a fingerprint sensor too.

The tablet, keyboard, and a capacitive stylus sharing clear similarities with the existing Pixelbook Pen are all covered in a dark blue coat of paint that’s definitely going to help them stand out from the 2-in-1 pack.
Google appears to have long given up trying to keep Pixel 3 and 3 XL leaks in check, poking fun at conspiracy theorists to build buzz around a product announcement event next week that almost feels pointless right now.
