Domestic smartphone maker Micromax has launched an entry-level smartphone called the Spark Go. The device has been launched with Walmart-backed Flipkart. Another partner is Reliance Jio, which is offering additional data to its customers who buy this smartphone. The Spark Go is part of Android Oreo (Go Edition), Google initiative to roll out faster OS updates to entry-level smartphones.
Micromax Spark Go price and availability The Micromax Spark Go costs Rs 3,999 and will be available starting October 26 exclusively on Flipkart.
The partnership with Reliance Jio includes an additional 25GB of 4G data for Jio customers. They will get 5GB additional data benefits on a recharge of Rs198 or Rs 299 for a maximum of 5 recharges.
Micromax Spark Go specifications
In terms of specs, the Micromax Spark Go has a 5-inch FWVGA display of 480x854p resolution. It comes powered by quad-core processor paired with 1GB RAM and 8GB internal storage. There is a microSD card support of up to 32GB in the handset.
Backed by a 2000mAh battery, it offers 5-megapixel sensor on the back and a 2-megapixel front facing camera.
