Asus has confirmed to updating a lot of its smartphones to the latest Android 9 Pie. Popular models such as ZenFone Max Pro M2 and ZenFone Max Pro M1 will also be updated to Android Pie.
Asus is one of the few brands that promised an Android Pie update to most of its newest smartphones. The company has been playing it quite aggressively in the Indian market recently with the launch of the ZenFone Max Pro M2 with a powerful Snapdragon 660 chipset and stock Android interface. Moreover, the company keeps on offering mega discounts on its smartphones from time-to-time, making them good value for many options in the budget segment. However, the company has been launching all its phones with Android Oreo and has been promising the Pie update. Asus has now released a list of all its phone that will receive the Pie update.
On its forum, Asus has released a list of all the smartphones that will be updated to Android 9 Pie in the coming months.
