Polish games giant CD Projekt has pushed back its much-anticipated Cyberpunk 2077 for the second time.
In a post on Twitter, co-founder Marcin Iwinski and head of studio Adam Badowski wrote that the eagerly-awaited sci-fi RPG title would be launching on November 19th rather than September 17th. The reason for this is to make sure the game is absolutely ready when it is finally released.
“Those of you familiar with the way we make games know that we won’t ship something which is not ready,” the duo wrote.
“‘Ready when it’s done’ is not just a phrase we say because it sounds right, it’s something we live by even when we know we’ll take the heat for it.
