Magnitude 6.4 Earthquake Hits China's Xinjiang-Xizang – USGS

According to seismologists, the quake had a depth of 10 kilometres and occurred 279 kilometres southeast of Hotan, a major oasis town in southwestern Xinjiang.
An earthquake with a magnitude of 6.4 has struck the Chinese border region of Xinjiang-Xizang, the US Geological Survey said on late Thursday.
