The creators of the Suikoden franchise have created are taking to Kickstarter to raise funds for a spiritual successor to be produced by their new team, Rabbit & Bear Studios. Eiyuden Chronicle will feature some of the same elements that fans loved about the Suikoden series, though it will obviously take place in an entirely different universe.
It’s been 14 years since the last main series entry of Suikoden released, and no RPG has captured its essence since. The hook behind Suikoden, and one that’ll be replicated in Eiyuden Chronicle, is the massive cast.
